1. Application of Terms

These Terms apply to all Orders placed via the Website. By placing an Order, you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

Your Order is an offer to purchase Products.

I may refuse or cancel Orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

A contract is formed when I dispatch your Order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

 

3. Product Information

I take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions and prices are accurate. If an error occurs, I will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

If a Product is unavailable after purchase, I will offer a refund or alternative.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£). I am not VAT registered.

Payment is taken in full at checkout via Square.

If a pricing error is identified, I may contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

 

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside my control.

I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, I may rely on tracking records as evidence of delivery.

 

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you when you take physical possession of the Products.

Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

 

7. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving your Products.

You must notify me of cancellation within this period.

You then have 14 days to return the Products.

Refunds will include standard delivery costs but not enhanced delivery services.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If Products are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible.

I will offer a refund, replacement, or repair where required under your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

9. Liability

I do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Otherwise, my liability is limited to the price paid for the Product.

 

10. Data Protection

I process your personal data in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
