About Helen

With a lifelong passion for performing and working with children, Helen brings together over 20 years of professional experience as an actor, singer and dancer with extensive experience in teaching and children’s entertainment.

Helen began her career at a young age, achieving numerous awards in dance before continuing her training at Performers College, where she gained her teaching qualifications. Her professional career has included performing across the industry, as well as teaching dance, drama and performing arts to children and adults.

With over five years’ experience as a party host and children’s entertainer, Helen has a natural ability to engage young audiences, bringing energy, creativity and fun to every event.

More recently, Helen created Giraffe Bear’s YouTube channel, combining her love of performing and teaching with imaginative stories, games, songs and learning adventures for children.

Whether leading a performing arts workshop, entertaining at a children’s party or bringing Giraffe Bear to life in a storytelling appearance, Helen creates fun, engaging experiences that children can enjoy, participate in and remember.
